We are operating the thorough quality management according to process.

  Stamping We have been producing small-scale products such as press (stamping), stiffener, chassis, shield can. We possess technologies of sheet processing, deep drawing, and high-speed stamping and we have been producing over 24kk pcs in a month.

  Welding We are possessing a number of 18 welding laser facilities, and have been producing over 28kk pcs in a month. In order to secure reliability of the weld zone, we are operating the double-total inspection by setting up two types of camera.

  Plating We are the specialized company in plating and on the basis of technologies and know-how, we have been producing the settled products for 29 years. Especially, since we are already equipped with automatic system with partial products, we have been producing more settled products with a goal of ‘Human error zero’

  Painting With our prior experience as one of specialized companies of mobile components, we maximized our plating ability of precision parts through setting up system and R&D.
  We have been setting up the stable period of delivery & quality system by applying to Auto Line.

  Inspection and packing (Vision Inspention) Set up the full automatic inspection and packing for the sake of preventing vision inspection & Human error.
  Especially, we are setting up the period of delivery and quality stabilization system through automatic total inspection of dimension angle.

  Inspection Our goal is to establish a clean room of correspondence of 10000 class level.
  We aim to shut off the foreign substances fundamentally by Ionizer equipment at the top of check-out stand and inflow of foreign substances at precision parts.
