The reason why this Certificate has passed to Derkwoo is, Derkwoo has been contributing local development and employment stability through the management and technical innovation even though in poor economic condition. Especially, Derkwoo was taking the lead in youth employment policy which was the main problem in Kyeongbuk.
Derkwoo will make more effort for local development and creating youth employing.
